Service Description

OUR GOAL is to leave your property MOVE IN ready, whether you just built your dream home or just finished building your investment. We will take photos before and after the cleaning to ensure full transparency of services provided. Your cleaner will review with you what your expectations are and seek to ensure you are completely satisfied with the result. We do not do dishes, haul trash, move furniture, clean carpets, touch up paint or any duties that would not be typically done by a cleaning service. We clean with a high level of detail that would often be considered "deep cleaning" type tasks. -Dusting -Mopping -Vacuuming -Wiping Down surfaces -Cleaning Bathrooms -Cleaning Mirrors and Glass -Cleaning Appliances (including laundry room) -Wiping down touch points and high traffic areas (Walls, knobs, switches, etc) -Wiping down baseboards. -Wiping out all the cabinets and cupboards. -Other reasonable requests as discussed during the first visit or consultation. You are booking for a SERVICE to be completed. The time estimates are for scheduling purposes only and list the maximum amount of time that will be spent in your home. This is an OVER estimation to allow for the job to be completed properly and work is typically completed well ahead of time scheduled. You are paying for the service NOT a designated amount of time. More frequent cleanings may result in your cleaner becoming more efficient in the duties expected of them, the efficiency does not in any way imply a lower cost for the service provided.
