Residential Cleanings have a base price of $175 + Service Area Charge.
We do NOT move furniture and appliance, organize closets/toys/personal belongings or do dishes. This service consists of standard cleaning practices, including but not limited to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, laundry rooms, wiping surfaces, ceiling fans, windows (INTERIOR), etc. We try to accommodate reasonable requests, but also offer more extensive requests typically as a part of the DEEP CLEANING PACKAGE.
**$25.00 DISCOUNT available with services scheduled at a Bi-Weekly basis. ALL FIRST TIME CLEANINGS ARE SCHEDULED AT STANDARD RATE and DISCOUNTS ARE APPLIED TO FUTURE CLEANINGS.**
DEEP CLEAN

Deep Cleanings have a base price of $275.00 + Service Area Charge and are not eligible for frequency discounts.
This service includes everything contained within the STANDARD RESIDENTIAL + the following:
Cleaning of appliances inside and out, moving appliances (where possible and without risk of damage or injury, WE WILL NOT MOVE GAS APPLIANCES).
Scrubbing of cabinets inside and out
All Trim and Baseboards
Fixtures removed and cleaned (where possible without risk of property damage)
Removal and cleaning of vents (where possible without risk of property damage)
Scrubbing of all doors
Other reasonable requests
**WE DO NOT SCRUB WALLS, we can wipe them down, but the scrubbing of walls results in paint loss**
**DEEP CLEANING requires home owner to prepare prior to the cleaning to insure minimal obstructions, including residents/paws that may be in the home**
**WE DO NOT OFFER CARPET SHAMPOOING OR STEAMING AT THIS TIME**

We cover a large area and are willing to drive up to 75 Miles from Tomah WI. For areas outside of a 15 mile radius of our address, there is a fee. The fee is NOT just for mileage, it is to include time spent on the road. The rates for travel are as follows:

30-45 Miles $50.00
45-60 Miles $75.00
